Reservation and cancellation
- Each booking needs to include the arrival and departure dates.
- Room bookings are confirmed upon payment of a deposit.
- In case of early departure, the guest will be charged the full amount of stay, except for proven health problems. On the day of check-out, please be sure to leave your room by 10.30 am. After check-out, services will no longer be available, except during the low season.
- A 50% refund of the security deposit will be issued only for cancellations notified up to 21 days before the arrival date.
